Pay: $85,000–$115,000 per year + bonuses
HVAC Service Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead and support our growing service team in Fort Collins. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily HVAC service operations, mentoring technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and helping drive department performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate has strong HVAC technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support HVAC service technicians in the field
- Coordinate daily schedules, dispatch priorities, and workload distribution
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance and jobsite support
- Conduct technician training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and technician development
- Ensure compliance with local codes, EPA standards, and company safety policies
- Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of HVAC service experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus
