Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders Monitor project costs, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain profitability Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance Resolve project issues proactively and provide leadership to project teams Mentor project support staff and assist with overall project success . Qualifications: 4-6+ years of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of projects within the multifamily, affordable housing, and/or low-income housing construction sectors Scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or similar project management software Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr iAccept Agency
