Sr Compensation Partner

Role Overview Lead and implement competitive pay practices in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s compensation remains competitive while adhering to equity and budgetary constraints. The position may accommodate remote work, but requires on‑site presence at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) weekly. Salary reflects a full 1.0 FTE; if a reduced 0.75 FTE is accepted, compensation will be prorated accordingly. Responsibilities Manage and analyze salary structures and market data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation across the organization. Collaborate intensively with recruiting and executive teams to facilitate effective provider onboarding, contract creation, and compensation negotiation. Conduct wage surveys, develop compensation models, and implement pay equity initiatives. Educate and guide management on compensation philosophy and keep current on market trends. Maintain regular interaction with HR, recruitment, and executive teams to adjust compensation strategies effectively. Ideal Candidate Proficient in data analysis. Strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Qualifications Two years of experience with compensation analysis and provider contracts. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, accounting, IT, or a related field. Five years’ experience in human resources, compensation, and benefits.
