Position Summary We are actively seeking an experienced Director, Professional and Managed Services . The role will report directly to our NAMER, Senior Director Professional and Managed Services. The role will be based in the Pacific Timezone - US, ideally within commuting distance of one of our regional hubs. The role will require periodic travel as necessary (expected +50%) across the Region to meet with prospects and clients. The position will work in a matrixed, high-growth organization and collaborate with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Marketing, Legal, Delivery and Client Services to bring innovative solutions to install base customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work as part of the Professional Services sales team to build a book of business through engagement with Rimini Street Sales, Clients, Delivery and prospects Engage in oversight, not management, of ServiceNow and/or Salesforce projects to assist with value, quality, and targeted outcomes Demonstrate skills in consultative selling to drive business development Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery leadership to scope and estimate projects Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to engage in continuous improvements Act as the interface between Professional Services and Rimini contract legal team; draft contract outlines leveraging leading practices for structuring contractual relationships (Scope, Schedule, Approach, Assumptions, Invoicing structures, RACI) Assist with developing sales materials including value proposition pitch decks and budgetary proposal templates Lead extended and matrixed sales teams on strategy, offerings, and selling Professional Services Grow awareness of Rimini Street value proposition across networks and provide feedback to messaging Develop and innovate compelling new offerings to expand business as input to Product Management and Delivery Education & Certification Evidence of ServiceNow sales/pre-sales certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree highly desired LEAN or Six Sigma certification, preferred ITIL and COBIT awareness or certification, highly desired Location Remote - Pacific Timezone - US Experience 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce products and/or project implementations Solid knowledge of ServiceNow’s ERP Modernization capability and delivery approach is preferred Experience guiding information security risk considerations with clients Proven experience selling ServiceNow professional services projects and solutions Experience in pre-sales with ability to build business plans including revenue projections and value calculations Experience developing, maintaining and executing client business plans and proposals Qualifications & Skills Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with ability to build long-term client relationships Ability to articulate value in pre-sales efforts (hard savings, soft savings, revenue increase, brand goodwill) Good understanding of ERP and SaaS industry solutions Solution selling trained and/or certified; value-based selling trained and/or certified Why Rimini Street?
