ABOUT THE JOB

As a Seasonal Pest Control Technician, you'll work one on one with customers, providing high-quality service and professionalism while representing the face of Fenix. This role is season running through the end of August to September (Flexible), with the potential to return for future seasons or grow into a long-term opportunity. Responsibilities Build rapport with customers by explaining services and answering questions. Use extension poles to remove spider webs and insect nests from exterior surfaces. Treat both the interior and exterior of homes, focusing on pest access points. No crawl spaces, attics, roofs, or animal trapping involved. Safe, effective products—no need for respirators or masks. No sales required. Qualifications Strong customer service skills Valid driver’s license Detail‑oriented No pest control license needed – we will train and guide you through certification. Must pass a background, drug screening, and driving record review. Pay, Benefits, & Perks $3500 base pay or production—whichever is higher Company vehicle provided Housing provided if needed! Paid training and licensing prep included Performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement after the season Hours 60 plus hours/week through August Monday‑Saturday 7am start; end times vary by day Full summer commitment required; ideal for college students or those seeking seasonal income.
