Senior Property Accountant

Supporting the East Coast Client Accounting team, the full-time remote Senior Property Accountant will manage monthly reporting, coordinate the integration of new properties, and oversee the accuracy of financial activities for a national portfolio. Key responsibilities Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow Ensure accuracy and productivity of all property management accounting activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is an asset Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word, and MRI Third Party Management Experience
