Group Product Manager

Responsibilities Product strategy & execution: Work with end users and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Commercial) to drive the end‑to‑end process from needs identification to feature implementation, remove blockers, and ensure successful product deployment. Product definition: Define requirements that meet end‑user needs and collaborate with Engineering to build the right product. Prioritization: Prioritize features and adjust for changes in Kodiak’s commercial and competitive context. Performance monitoring: Define and track KPIs, assess product readiness, and communicate progress to customers. User feedback: Serve as the primary voice of the product, gather feedback from customers, and channel it to internal teams. Travel: 25% required to visit commercial deployments. People management & leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers; guide them through their product lifecycle responsibilities. Communication: Provide clear updates to leadership, customers, and cross‑functional teams on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain or logistics. Experience managing and developing other Product Managers. Passion for collaborating with cross‑functional teams to solve technical problems and create effective solutions. Comfortable leading strategy and execution amid ambiguity and a dynamic market. Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with engineering, operations teams, and external stakeholders.
