Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with individuals and family members to cultivate resilience and empower them to develop effective coping strategies for life's challenges through insightful and supportive dialogue.

• Utilize active listening techniques and targeted questioning to help clients articulate their feelings, behaviors, and concerns, facilitating greater self-awareness and understanding.

• Design, implement, and regularly evaluate tailored treatment plans that address family dynamics, dysfunctional patterns, and personal challenges, ensuring that interventions are aligned with client goals.

• Maintain organized case files for each client that document therapeutic activities, progress notes, assessments, and recommendations to ensure continuity of care.

• Offer counseling on a variety of issues including but not limited to unhealthy relationships, life transitions such as divorce, parenting challenges, stress management, and financial stressors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
