TEKsystems is partnering with a locally owned, community-focused organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their diverse and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports some of the nation’s most recognized brands, including Lowe’s, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

What You Will Do:

Responsible for handling work ticket orders for their national accounts received electronically or by phone, a lot of the calls can be outbound in nature.

Qualifying/verifying customer requests.

Checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner.

Effectively managing Customer Requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers’ satisfaction.

This role will have to handle different computer systems so it is very important to bring in computer-savvy folks. Attention to detail and ability to handle fast paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
