Executive Assistant Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Jonesboro, AR Requirements Previous administrative, receptionist, or executive assistant experience preferred Outstanding customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently Proficiency with basic computer programs and office equipment Current, up‑to‑date resume required Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM for the duration of the assignment Job Duties Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner Welcome and assist walk‑in visitors while providing outstanding customer service Support the Leasing Agent with daily administrative tasks Maintain a professional and organized front office environment Assist with filing, data entry, and general office responsibilities Communicate effectively with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and team members Help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the leasing office Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Benefits Competitive weekly pay for your time and talent.
