Community Partnerships Manager – Home Healthcare Sales Experience: Mid Level Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details This role is responsible for building and managing external partnerships that advance community initiatives and organizational goals. You will serve as a key connector across nonprofit, business, and public sectors while driving outreach programs and events.
