Commercial Litigation Attorney (2–4 Years of Experience) Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing legal team in South Florida. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, research, and writing skills, along with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze legal documents and case materials Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents Assist with and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Support all phases of litigation, including case strategy and trial preparation Qualifications Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar 2–4 years of litigation experience Strong research, writing, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Excellent communication and client service skills This is an excellent opportunity to work with and learn from dynamic attorneys.
