Director, US Lung Market Research

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of US Lung Market Research to lead market intelligence efforts for its oncology portfolio. This role will partner across commercial, medical affairs, and clinical teams to generate insights that inform strategy, launch planning, and business decisions in the NSCLC treatment landscape.

Responsibilities

Design and conduct primary market research with oncologists, patients, and payers
Develop market analyses including treatment flows, target product profiles, and competitive assessments
Synthesize market insights from primary and secondary sources for internal stakeholders
Establish research standards, identify methodologies and vendors aligned with business needs
Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership with clear implications for each audience

Requirements

Strong understanding of NSCLC cancer treatment landscape and biomarker-driven markets
Demonstrated expertise in primary market research design and execution
Experience with healthcare provider, patient, and payor research methodologies
Ability to synthesize complex market data and communicate findings to senior leadership
Knowledge of oncology market dynamics and competitive intelligence practices
Proficiency managing third-party research vendors and cross-functional collaboration
