Senior Director, HCP Promotions, US HIV Treatment Marketing

Responsibilities

Lead HCP promotional strategy for HIV treatment brand aligned with objectives and business priorities
Develop integrated customer engagement campaigns across personal and non-personal channels
Translate brand strategy into field execution through HCP Plan of Action development
Establish KPIs and monitor promotional effectiveness and return on investment
Lead and develop high-performing marketing team with clear direction and career support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences plus 14+ years commercial experience
Master's degree in related field plus 12+ years commercial experience, or PhD plus 12+ years
Demonstrated success leading HCP marketing strategy in competitive pharmaceutical markets
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, customer engagement, and commercial execution
Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Experience with budget management, agency partnerships, and marketing campaign execution
Advanced analytical skills to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
