Director, Field AI & GPro Enablement - HIV Treatment

Director leading AI-powered field capabilities and GPro platform strategy for HIV Treatment at Gilead Sciences. Responsible for delivering adoption of AI solutions that enhance field effectiveness, optimize workflows, and drive commercial impact across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Define therapeutic area product roadmaps and delivery strategy for AI-powered pre-call and post-call capabilities
- Lead GPro iOS platform strategy, requirements definition, and continuous improvement as product manager
- Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet commercial objectives
- Establish KPIs, monitor adoption and performance, and drive corrective actions for business outcomes
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to maximize user adoption and field effectiveness
Requirements
- Product management expertise with experience launching and optimizing digital solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into scalable implementations
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across sales, technology, and compliance
- Demonstrated success with adoption, change management, and performance metrics
- Understanding of field sales operations and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of AI applications in commercial or healthcare settings preferred
