Director, Field AI & GPro Enablement, HIV Prevention

Director role driving adoption and optimization of AI-powered field capabilities and the GPro iOS platform for HIV Prevention. Reports to Senior Director of Field AI Strategy & Enablement, translating business priorities into scalable solutions that enhance field effectiveness and commercial impact across sales, analytics, marketing, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered pre-call and post-call capabilities
- Serve as business lead for GPro platform, driving adoption and optimization across field organization
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Data Science to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Establish outcome-based KPIs and monitor performance to evaluate adoption and commercial impact
- Drive workflow efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and embedding AI insights into field processes
Requirements
- Product management expertise and business acumen in field sales technology
- Experience translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Strong background in adoption strategy, change management, and user enablement
- Experience establishing KPIs and measuring commercial impact of solutions
- Knowledge of AI applications in field sales or commercial environments
