Facilities Management Specialist

Managing facilities operations across a multi-state portfolio, the full-time Facilities Management Specialist will collaborate with regional teams and vendors to oversee repair and maintenance requests, ensuring effective facility management and cost reduction in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee local and national partnerships with trade professionals and manage repair and maintenance requests Establish and enforce vendor performance standards while optimizing the vendor network Execute preventative maintenance programs and interpret lease agreements to enforce landlord obligations Required Qualifications 3-5 years of facilities management experience in a multi-state environment, preferably in healthcare or retail Experience managing vendors across multiple markets and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Knowledge of facilities standards and preventive maintenance programs Strong organizational skills and ability to create systems and processes Outstanding customer service skills and experience in building relationships with vendors and property management teams
