Regional Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to support multiple locations across a multi-state region. This role serves as a strategic HR business partner to operations leadership while providing hands‑on support in employee relations, labor relations, compliance, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience supporting both union and non‑union workforces and is comfortable traveling to multiple facilities to build strong partnerships with leaders and employees. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional and site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple locations. Serve as the primary HR resource for both union and non‑union employee populations. Support labor relations, including contract interpretation, grievance management, and partnering with operations on union‑related matters. Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies. Coach managers on employee relations, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Analyze HR metrics including turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and labor trends to drive continuous improvement. Support compensation, benefits, succession planning, and annual performance review processes. Lead employee engagement initiatives and organizational change management efforts. Travel regularly to support multiple facilities and provide hands‑on HR leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multi-site operations. Experience supporting both union and non‑union workforces is required. Strong knowledge of labor relations, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration, grievance handling, and employment law. Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters. Experience partnering with operations leaders in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or similar environments preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
