Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

Position eligible for $7,500 sign-on bonus. Details outlined below. Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will function in an expanded role as the primary provider of medical services. They will assess the gynecological and family planning needs of patients, order, interpret, and record the results of clinical tests, prescribe medications, and make recommendations for other forms of treatment, including birth control. Compensation Annual salary range: $118,000 - $124,000 Sign on bonus: $2,500 after 60 days and $5,000 after 12 months of employment (total $7,500) Work week: 37.5 hours Benefits Annual Paid Time Off: 112.5 hours of vacation, 48 hours of sick leave, 105 hours of holidays (includes a full holiday week in December) Parental Leave: 6 weeks at 100% base salary after 12 months of full-time employment Qualifications Required Education & Experience: Master’s degree and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in specialty area based on RN licensure and state authority for advanced practice; eligible for licensure and DEA in Oklahoma; new graduates welcome. Experience with electronic medical record systems. Preferred Education & Experience: Experience with Epic; bilingual fluency in Spanish/English. Occasionally lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds. Sit and stand for extended periods with prolonged exposure to computer monitors.
