Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to create informed treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work on an appointment basis, providing tailored sessions that resonate with the distinct backgrounds and circumstances of clients.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to holistically support each client’s journey.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing your ability to provide effective counseling and support in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
