Residential Property Manager | Pittsburgh, PA

$60,000–$70,000/year

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee six Pittsburgh-area residential properties
• Conduct regular property and unit inspections
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies, notices, and payment plans
• Enforce lease compliance and handle tenant violations
• Manage applications, screening, leases, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Oversee maintenance performance and hold the team accountable
• Research market rents and make pricing recommendations to ownership
• Maintain accurate records in RentManager
• Report directly to senior operations on collections, property performance, and resident issues

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of residential property management experience
• Hands-on rent collection and delinquency management experience
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Property management software experience; RentManager strongly preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities
• Ability to independently manage and hold maintenance staff accountable
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law is a plus

Important: This is a field-heavy role. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent on-site across multiple properties and 25% in the office. You’ll need to be comfortable making decisions and taking ownership without daily direction.
