What you’ll be doing:

• Support operations across NALA deployments, partnering with internal deployment teams and third-party resources to ensure smooth execution, address operational gaps, and drive timely resolution of issues.

• Be responsible for the end-to-end operational process for NALA vendors and contractors, working with technical teams. Manage resource requests, onboarding, documentation and contracts coordination, system setup, deployment readiness, rotations, tracking, and offboarding.

• Coordinate asset allocation, scheduling, and 24/7 shift rotations across NALA deployments. Identify coverage gaps and work with deployment teams to ensure appropriate field support.

• Serve as an operational point of contact for NALA Professional Services vendors and contractors. Drive communication and process alignment, track training and deployment readiness, and support ongoing partner performance management.

• Lead Purchase Orders for approved vendors and contractors and supervise the PO lifecycle, coordinating with relevant teams to support timely invoicing and payment.

• Own and improve operational trackers, dashboards, reports, and metrics covering deployments, resources, vendors, and operational risks. Use Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.

• Run and improve Professional Services operational workflows and systems. Leverage automation alongside AI tools to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and build more efficient and scalable processes.

• Partner with regional and global Operations teams to identify gaps, develop solutions, and continuously improve operational and logistical processes, tools, and workflows.

What do we need to see:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, field operations, logistics, project coordination, Professional Services operations, or a related area within a digital environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s or equivalent experience in Operations, Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar area.

• Experience handling advanced operational workflows involving multiple partners, teams, and systems.

• Strong analytical skills, experience working with operational data, dashboards, reports, and metrics.

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Experience using technology, automation, and AI tools to improve the effectiveness of processes and efficiency.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal English interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to occasionally work early mornings or late evenings when required to support business needs across time zones.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience supporting Field Operations, Professional Services, infrastructure deployments, or other service-delivery environments.

• Experience handling operational processes for vendors, contractors, or external service providers.

• Experience with resource planning, scheduling, shift coverage, purchase orders, or rotations supporting 24/7 operations.

• Demonstrated experience improving operational workflows, tools, reporting, or processes; including strong Excel, data analysis, dashboard, AI tooling, and automation capabilities.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
