We are seeking a driven and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney with hands-on experience representing injured clients and a strong commitment to plaintiff advocacy.

Position Overview

The Personal Injury Attorney will handle plaintiff-side injury matters from intake through resolution , including pre-suit negotiations and litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident managing injury cases, values client communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs exclusively in personal injury matters
• Manage a caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligence, and other injury claims
• Conduct case evaluations, investigations, and develop litigation strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Maintain consistent, compassionate communication with injured clients

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience handling personal injury cases from start to finish
• Strong understanding of liability, damages, and insurance practices
• Active attorney license in good standing
• Litigation and negotiation experience preferred
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client-service skills
