Sr. Portfolio Manager

Senior Portfolio Manager for clinical diagnostics at Thermo Fisher Scientific responsible for strategic and commercial oversight of core laboratory portfolio, including clinical chemistry and immunoassay products. Manages supplier relationships, develops portfolio strategies, leads business reviews, and drives profitable growth across assigned partner accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own supplier relationships and drive profitable growth aligned with annual operating plan
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies, manage performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities
- Lead supplier business reviews analyzing performance, risks, opportunities, and action plans
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, rebates, and marketing funding with suppliers
- Evaluate new suppliers, products, and technologies to strengthen portfolio offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field
- 3+ years clinical diagnostics or laboratory products industry experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical chemistry, immunoassay, instrumentation, and laboratory workflows
- Experience managing distributors or channel partners in diagnostics
- Commercial acumen with ability to analyze financial performance and pricing
- Capital instrumentation experience strongly preferred
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
