The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to make real-time decisions that directly impact customer experience and operational success. Weekend availability may be required./ph2Core Responsibilities/h2h3Client Communication Order Management/h3ulliManage incoming calls, emails, and digital orders/liliEnter and update catering orders with accuracy and speed/liliCommunicate professionally with corporate and high-end clients/liliHandle time-sensitive requests and last-minute changes/li/ulh3Operations Logistics Coordination/h3ulliCoordinate order execution between clients, kitchens, and drivers/liliMonitor timelines to ensure on-time and accurate delivery/liliAdjust logistics in real-time to solve issues quickly/liliArrange alternative delivery solutions when needed (rideshare, partners)/li/ulh3Vendor Product Coordination/h3ulliAssist with sourcing and ordering specialty products/liliCoordinate out-of-network catering requests/liliSupport operational flow during high-volume periods/li/ulh3Team Collaboration/h3ulliWork closely with kitchen teams and logistics coordinators/liliCommunicate updates, changes, and priorities clearly/liliMaintain accuracy and accountability across all orders/li/ulh2Required/h2ulliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliProfessional phone skills with the ability to confidently handle inbound and outbound calls/liliComputer proficiency with the ability to work across multiple systems, screens, and applications simultaneously/liliHigh attention to detail and organization/liliAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment/liliStrong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency/liliDependable, accountable, and consistent with assigned shift/liliAbility to maintain professionalism when handling high-pressure situations/liliMust be comfortable working on a computer for the majority of the shift while managing multiple tasks in real time./li/ulh2Preferred/h2ulliExperience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles/liliHospitality, catering, logistics, or operations experience/liliExperience handling high-volume phone and email communication/liliFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and order entry systems/li/ul/div
