We help protect lives and property through industry-leading fire protection, life safety, and security solutions, and we're committed to safety, customer service, teamwork, and creating long-term career opportunities for our employees.## Position SummaryWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team in King of Prussia. In this role, you'll support daily accounting functions, strengthen financial reporting, and help provide accurate, timely financial information for the Controller, CFO, and senior leadership.## What You'll Be Doing* Perform detailed general ledger account analysis, update supporting schedules, and prepare required journal entries to support accurate and timely financial reporting.* Manage and support the financial close process, including accruals, deferrals, allocations, and required adjustments.* Compile monthly and periodic financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules in collaboration with the accounting team.* Support quarterly and annual external review and tax engagements.* Perform daily banking functions, including operating cash reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting.* Support payroll tax compliance initiatives and required reporting.* Assist with budget preparation and budget-to-actual analysis.* Maintain internal controls and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.* Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports for the Controller, CFO, and senior leadership as needed.## Qualifications## What We're Looking For### Required* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.* 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.* Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on advanced Excel functionality.* Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage accurate, timely deliverables.* Ability to apply critical thinking, identify problems, and present solutions.### Preferred* Public accounting experience highly preferred.* Construction industry experience a plus.* Experience working in a project-based organization preferred.## What We Offer* Competitive compensation based on experience, education, and certifications* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Life and long-term disability insurance* 100% company-funded profit-sharing program* Professional development opportunities* Supportive team-oriented environment## Why OliverWe're proud of the culture we've built at Oliver.
