ASC Registration Specialist

We are currently seeking an ASC Registration Specialist to support our Granger and Elkhart Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) . This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient check‑in — Welcome patients and visitors, verify required information, and admit patients for scheduled procedures

• Payment collection — Collect co‑pays, balances, and other required payments for patient procedures

• Electronic medical record management — Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system

• Phone and communication management — Answer incoming calls, route messages, and support patient inquiries

• Insurance and administrative tasks — Assist with insurance‑related documentation and other administrative duties as assigned

• Office opening and closing — Ensure the front office is prepared at the start of the day and properly secured at closing when the last patient leaves

• Reliable transportation to commute between both ASC locations (Granger and Elkhart)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proven track record of professionalism, reliability, and strong performance

• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

• Attendance and punctuality that consistently meets the needs of the surgery centers

Required Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred

• GED/High School Diploma required to apply

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
