Distribution Coordinator

Distribution Coordinator position at Catalent's Kansas City facility supporting clinical supply distribution. Coordinates shipments, processes orders, and maintains documentation compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch clinical trial material shipments to clinical sites Process orders and assemble documentation folders, auditing for accuracy against customer requests Support multiple order types including same-day, 24-hour, bulk, and just-in-time requests Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve distribution and operational issues Generate shipment documents and ensure compliance with SOPs and customer-approved protocols Requirements High school diploma with minimum 2+ years relevant industry experience Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably JD Edwards Strong project management and customer service skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong mathematical and reasoning ability
