Step into a meaningful pediatric role supporting students’ growth and development in a dynamic Washington school setting. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to provide skilled Physical Therapy services within an Early Learning Center and two additional schools, fostering brighter futures for young learners. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping children access their education and reach milestones from now through June 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Washington state Physical Therapy license
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start
• Prior school-based or pediatric PT experience strongly preferred
• Dedicated to collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexible, responsive, and passionate about educational access for all abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students ages preschool through elementary
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
• Assess, track, and report on student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support successful integration of therapy goals in daily activities
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Work will be exclusively onsite, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours each week. Located near the beautiful Pacific Northwest coast, you’ll be a part of a supportive educational community dedicated to making a difference—every day.
