Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2670 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Unit Details:
Uses Welch Allen/Dynamap vital sign machines, bladder scanner, Hoyer lift, Sara Stedy, and wound vacs.
1 unit secretary, 5 PCTs on days, and 3 PCTs on nights.
Procedures performed on unit: IVs, Foley catheters, external urinary catheters, wound care, post-op care, trach care, NG tubes, and feeding tubes.

Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 48 per week preferred.
12 hour shifts, 3 weekend shifts within each 4-week schedule period.
