Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connecting with clients (leads provided + self-generated)
• Educating individuals and families on the right insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial)
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Following up with clients and closing sales with confidence
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail is a must
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Previous sales, account management, or business development experience
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property Casualty or Life license (we can assist with licensing)
• Ability to manage a pipeline and close sales
• A team player with a desire to grow professionally and financially
