This program provides hands on experience, personalized mentorship, and comprehensive training through the University of Farmers, preparing you for success as a future Agency Owner. This is a Remote Opportunity, offering a flexible schedule focused on Selling Farmers Insurance products. Program Process 1. Background Check
- Must pass a satisfactory background check prior to participation.
- Must hold Property & Casualty or Life & Health licenses before your start date. Must obtain both active licenses before end of 24 month program.
- Participate in University of Farmers® training focused on sales, service, operations, and business management.
- Receive dedicated guidance from District and Territory Office leadership.
- Access business planning tools, marketing resources, and mentorship from established agency owners.
- Commission-based earnings from monthly new business production.
- Performance-based bonuses available for meeting production milestones.
- No base salary — this is an independent contractor opportunity with entrepreneurial income potential.
- Experienced in sales, leadership, or business management
