Our marketplace operates in all 50 states, and we're just getting started!About the RoleAs our Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll help scale one of Neighbor's most important growth channels: Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and will involve setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with Neighbor hosts.Primary ResponsibilitiesGoogle Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings.Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details.Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, categories, attributes, etc.).Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings.Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report on learnings.QualificationsBachelor's degree.At least one year of work experience in a customer-service-driven position.A track record of detail-critical work where accuracy mattered, whether in a job, internship, or school.Experience managing a high volume of work while staying organized.Able to follow a process closely while spotting ways to make it better.Comfortable in spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools.Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Maps listings, or local SEO.Experience at a marketplace or multi-location business.Built AI workflows or used AI tools to speed up repetitive work.Familiarity with performance metrics (impressions, clicks, rank, conversions) and reporting.BenefitsStock optionsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO11 paid company holidays401(k) planInfant care leaveOn-site gym/showers open 24/7About Neighbor:Neighbor is the largest and most comprehensive marketplace for self storage and parking, with listings in almost every U.S. city.
