Product Manager New Markets (w/m/d)

Overview Deine Zukunft Responsibilities Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Umsetzung von mittelfristigen Marketingplänen sowie jährlichen Aktivitätenplänen in Abstimmung mit der Marketingleitung. Du initiierst Produktentwicklungen, -modifikationen, Promotions und Relaunches. Du adaptierst und wendest internationale Markenstrategien an und verantwortest den Marketing-Mix in unseren Fokusländer. Du stellst die Exportfähigkeit unseres Sortiments sicher, unter Berücksichtigung von Wettbewerbs- und Lebensmittelrecht sowie Kennzeichnungsverordnungen. Kontinuierliche Sortimentsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Optimierungs- und Kostenreduzierungspotenzialen sind ebenfalls Teil deiner Aufgabe. Du führst umfassende Konsumenten, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um unser Programm in den zugewiesenen Regionen zu entwickeln und stetig zu optimieren. Du koordinierst die festgelegten Maßnahmen mit externen Agenturen und internen Fachbereichen. Du bist für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der aus den Aktivitätenplänen abgeleiteten Marketingmaßnahmen verantwortlich. Du berätst und unterstützt unsere internationalen Kunden bei marketing-relevanten Themen. Qualifications Qualifikation: Ein BWL-Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bildet deine Basis. Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing oder Vertrieb der Konsumgüterindustrie mit. IT-Skills: Google-Anwendungen und S4Hana beherrschst du sicher im Arbeitsalltag. Sprachkompetenz: Auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst du absolut verhandlungssicher. Mindset: Teamgeist und eine Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich im internationalen Umfeld aus.
