Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and substance use histories, analyzing factors that may affect their treatment journey.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, addressing both substance abuse and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to foster client engagement and progress.

Qualifications\n
