Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Garriso., North Dakota. This role involves providing nursing care within a 26-bed long term care facility, including passing medications, wound care, and acting as charge nurse when needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

• Location: Garriso., North Dakota
• Roles and Responsibilities: Nurses will act as charge nurses, administer medications, and perform wound care.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum of 2 years of long term care experience; valid license to submit; no specific EMR certification required.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Experience: At least 2 years of long term care experience is required.
• Additional Information: Every other major holiday worked. RTO (return to work) needs to be submitted upfront within 7 days or less per 13-week contract; further RTO requests will not be approved.
• Facility Notes: No telemonitoring, no resident monitoring techs, no team conference attendance required for this LTC setting.
• Charting System: MatrixCare/MatrixBSN.
• Floating: No float rotation required.
• Shift Notes: EOW (every other week), night shift, first to float.
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours minimum.
• Start Date: June 22, 2026.
• Travel Distance Limit: 50 miles.
• Other: Candidates may not hold full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with any facility associated with the organization or its affiliates.
