Job Details

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency room patients
• Assess, monitor, and prioritize patient conditions quickly and accurately
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and trauma care
• Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver compassionate patient and family-centered care in high-stress situations

Requirements

• Active RN License in North Dakota
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced emergency care environments
