Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Adult Primary Care (High-Volume) Location: Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $160,000–$180,000 A well-established adult primary care practice in Canarsie, Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This position is ideal for a provider who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment and thrives in a fast-paced, efficient practice. Very Important – Patient Volume Expectation The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to see approximately: 30–35 patients per day This is a key requirement. Candidates must be comfortable managing a busy schedule while maintaining quality care, accurate documentation, and efficient patient flow. Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive adult primary care in an outpatient setting. A dedicated Medical Assistant will support the provider, allowing them to remain focused on patient care and efficiency. The practice uses eClinicalWorks (ECW). Responsibilities Provide comprehensive adult primary care services Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct physicals, follow-up appointments, and preventive-care visits Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain strong patient flow Requirements Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license Active Medicaid ID required Strong adult primary care experience required Must be comfortable seeing 30–35 patients per day Experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment, organization, and efficiency What the Practice Offers Salary of $160,000–$180,000 Stable Monday–Friday schedule Dedicated Medical Assistant support Well-organized, high-functioning practice Long-term stability This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a high-volume primary care environment and is seeking strong compensation with a consistent weekday schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medstaff Group
