Description We are seeking a

Payroll & HR Assistant

to provide temporary support during a leave of absence. This on-site contract role will assist with payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and general HR administration in a fast-paced, growing organization. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll and HR experience and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administration. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Assist employees with payroll and HR-related questions. Ensure data accuracy within HRIS and payroll systems. Support compliance, reporting, and other HR administrative functions. Partner with the HR team on special projects and day-to-day operations as needed. Requirements 1-2 years of payroll experience required. Prior HR, HR Assistant, or HR Coordinator experience preferred. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paylocity experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
