Responsibilities:

• Build a strong foundation in real estate by gaining hands-on experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and contract management.
• Work toward obtaining your South Carolina real estate license while developing essential skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
• Leverage an advanced CRM system to effectively manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure consistent, timely follow-up with potential clients.
• Take advantage of company-sponsored real estate education and a structured career development program designed to help you achieve long-term success in the industry.
• Participate in an intensive post-licensing training program focused on building high-performing real estate professionals with the opportunity to reach six-figure income potential.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that supports both weekday and weekend client engagement.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a dynamic team environment that encourages continuous learning, professional growth, and career advancement.
