Develop litigation strategy from case inception through final resolution. Conduct all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document production. Manage eDiscovery processes and coordinate large-scale document reviews. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and persuasive briefs. Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony. Take and defend depositions. Handle court appearances in state and federal courts. Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Collaborate with partners on complex litigation strategy. Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and legal recommendations. Coordinate with experts, vendors, and litigation support professionals. Maintain litigation budgets, deadlines, and case management schedules. Mentor junior associates and litigation support staff when appropriate. ________________________________________ Requirements 5–7 years of defense-side complex litigation experience.
