Patent Paralegal

To support its intellectual property function, a full-time Patent Paralegal will manage global patent annuity and maintenance fee payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and maintaining accurate records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage global patent annuity and maintenance fee payments for U.S. and foreign matters Track and monitor critical deadlines to ensure timely filings and payments Coordinate with outside counsel, foreign associates, and annuity vendors Required qualifications 3-5+ years of patent prosecution, annuities, or docketing experience Exposure to both U.S. and foreign patent matters preferred Experience with annuity vendors (e.g., CPA Global, Dennemeyer) is a plus Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data/numbers Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
