HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on commercial HVAC systems including gas and electric package units, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and associated components. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC and related systems. Complete top‑three critical deliverables in year one: Commit safety and quality with a safety‑first mindset. Maintain detailed communication and partnership with teams and customers. Adopt a ‘no problem’ service mentality, addressing situations promptly. Qualifications A WA O6A electrical certificate. Proven track record delivering high‑quality, thorough service in the commercial HVAC industry. Demonstrated expertise solving complex repair challenges using available resources. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and all required trade licenses. Desired Attributes Positive, can‑do attitude. Strong work ethic. Highly adaptable with initiative.
