The Encompass Group in Bellevue, WA seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist (Benefits & Leave) to administer benefits programs, manage open enrollment, and oversee multi-state leave compliance. You will coordinate with payroll, managers, and external partners to ensure accurate benefits and leave processing. You will also support 401(k) administration, ADA accommodations, and HR process improvements, while partnering with leadership on compensation alignment and job description updates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
