Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create custom therapy strategies to help achieve their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-informed practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in a team setting alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy approaches that support sustained progress at home
• Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required to keep patients on the right path

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement toward continued education and additional certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
