Job Responsibilities

• Personalize Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy strategies to facilitate ongoing progress outside the clinical environment.
• Track Clinical Progress: Monitor and document patients' development, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure they continue to advance.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Opportunities for continuing education and post-graduate certifications are prized and supported.

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is a must.
