Bookkeeper / Executive & Personal Assistant

We’re looking for a capable, proactive person to help manage a variety of business, office, and personal projects for business principal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and seeing tasks through from start to finish.

Responsibilities may include bookkeeping, scheduling, administrative support, coordinating projects and vendors, making calls, following up on details, and handling new priorities as they arise.

The right person has strong bookkeeping and administrative skills, excellent phone rapport, sound judgment, and the confidence to negotiate and think on their feet. You’re flexible, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable taking initiative in a role where no two days look quite the same.
