給与:
エントリーレベル:50-60k(未経験者の場合、給与レンジの上限($60K)でのオファーは適用外となります。経験・スキルに応じて適切な金額を決定します。)
経験者:60-70k
勤務形態:オンサイト勤務
勤務時間:9am-5pm (繁忙期(1-4月)は、残業の可能性あり)

【概要(Summary)】
本ポジションは、クライアントの給与計算業務(約40%)、個人所得税申告のサポート業務(約40%)、および一般事務・クライアント対応(約20%)を担当するエントリーレベルの職種です。
経験豊富なマネージャーによるOJTが提供されるため、会計・税務分野でキャリアを築きたい方に最適な環境です。

【主な業務内容(Essential Duties)】
◆ 給与計算(Payroll)
クライアントから提供される給与データの取りまとめ
税金のグロスアップ計算
各種給与システムを使用した給与処理(隔週・月2回・月次)
給与プレビューの確認、最終確定、クライアントへの結果連絡

◆ 個人所得税申告サポート(Tax)
個人所得税申告書の作成補助
海外チームとの連携による関連業務の処理
繁忙期(2〜4月)には日本出張(約3週間)に参加し、現地スタッフと協働

◆ 一般事務・クライアント対応
クライアントとの連絡・ミーティング調整
書類作成、郵送対応、その他オフィス事務
入社前に会社規定および機密保持契約への同意が必要
その他、アサインされたタスク

【応募資格(Qualifications)】
●必須条件
日本語・英語ビジネスレベル
一般事務または基礎的な会計経験
Microsoft Excelの上級スキル
ITリテラシーが高い方歓迎
米国での就労許可(ビザサポートなし)
オフィスに通える方

●歓迎条件
給与計算または税務関連の経験
●会計ソフトの使用経験
