This position oversees leasing performance, resident relations, property compliance, team leadership, and financial management while ensuring exceptional service for residents and stakeholders.This is an ideal opportunity for a results-oriented property management professional with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty OperationsOversee all daily property operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community.Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.Affordable Housing ComplianceEnsure compliance with LIHTC, Tax Credit, and Affordable Housing program requirements.Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.Prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.Financial ManagementManage property budgets and financial performance.Monitor rent collections, delinquency, occupancy, and expenses.Analyze monthly reports and implement strategies to maximize property performance.Team LeadershipSupervise, coach, and develop on-site team members.Foster accountability, engagement, and professional growth.Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve operational goals.Maintenance & Vendor ManagementPartner with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep.Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.Resident & Community RelationsBuild positive relationships with residents and community stakeholders.Resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently.Lead initiatives that strengthen community engagement and resident retention.Required QualificationsExperience1+ year of experience as a Community Manager3+ years of multifamily property management experience1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experienceProven experience managing property operations, occupancy, and financial performanceKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of LIHTC and Affordable Housing regulationsBudgeting, rent collections, and financial reporting experienceExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenPreferred QualificationsExperience with RealPageAffordable Housing certifications (CPO, COS, TCS, HCCP, or equivalent)BenefitsWe invest in our team members with a competitive benefits package that includes:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Life insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysProfessional growth and career advancement opportunitiesScheduleMonday -Friday8-hour shiftsOccasional Saturdays based on business needsAbout LSA ManagementLSA Management is the property management affiliate of Laurel Street, focused on creating and managing high-quality affordable, mixed-income, and workforce housing communities throughout the Southeast.
