Assistant Property Manager

Tide Property Management is looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is exceptional at leasing, communication, and building relationships. This role is primarily based in Summerville , with occasional travel into Charleston and surrounding areas. You’ll need reliable transportation and be comfortable being out in the field when needed. You’ll Be Great at This If You’re the kind of person who actually likes talking to people. You pick up the phone. You follow up. You remember names. You build trust quickly. You understand that leasing isn’t about unlocking a door and hoping someone applies. It’s about figuring out what someone wants, helping them see why a property fits, and staying in touch until they make a decision. You’re competitive enough to care about the numbers, but personable enough that people genuinely enjoy working with you. If a lead goes cold, you want to know why. If a property isn’t leasing, you want to figure out what’s wrong. And if someone is looking for a home, you take ownership of helping them find one. We’re looking for someone who can build real relationships and get results.
